Getting beers fresh from the Brewery during the gradual reopening

Since 7 April 2020, we have rolled out Stay Home Specials to deliver beers directly from the brewery to your homes.

To those who have been supporting us through the Lockdown period, we are very grateful for your support. In Phase 1, things are pretty much the same as they were in Lockdown. We will continue the daily home deliveries / growler collection & deliveries In Phase 1 and Phase 2.

To those who are new to our home deliveries, we accept orders through email, webstore . Please see the details below.

DELIVERY TIME

Before the end of the next day after we receive your payment.

Please ensure there is someone at home to receive the delivery or to pass us the empty growler(s). Otherwise, you may grant us permission to leave the delivery at your doorstep or pick up your empty growler(s) from your doorstep.

1. FLAGSHIP CANS

No details necessary. These are our flagship beers – Lean on Me, Hundred Years, Don’t Stop Believing, Let it Be

Note: We recommend heavily dry hopped IPAs such as Don’t Stop Believing and Let it Be to be consumed as fresh as possible, within 30 days from canning.

2. GROWLER COLLECTION & DELIVERY

We will pick up your growlers and safe keep your growlers at the Brewery. Once you activate our service and make payment, we will fill up your growler and deliver the filled growler to you.
We will charge a $10 transport fee to pick up your growlers. This transport fee is waived if we are delivering an order (eg filled growler or cans) to you. You may pass us any number of growlers during the pickup.
You may also send down your growlers to the brewery to avoid the transport fee.
When we deliver a filled growler to you, you may pass us empty growlers for your next growler fill. We do not charge a delivery fee for subsequent growler deliveries.
Our standard growler policies apply. Stainless Steel. Good & tight seal. Clean.

We are happy to fill stainless steel thermos flasks as long as they have airtight seals.

Although we sometimes clean our customers’ growlers as a courtesy, we reserve the right not to fill filthy growlers.

We are extending this service through Phase 1 and Phase 2. Whether this service will extend beyond Phase 3 is TBD.

4. TAKEAWAY FROM THE BREWERY

Phase 1: Our tasting room will open on Fri, Sat and Sun, from 12pm to 2pm. It will not be manned outside these hours. Please reach out to us to make an appointment before coming down. If we are not occupied with production or deliveries, we will be happy to help you with your takeaway order.

Phase 2: Our regular tasting room hours will resume. Mon to Fri: 5pm – 10.30pm; Sat, Sun & PH: 2pm – 10.30pm (last orders at 10pm).

Growler Collection and Delivery
1. How do you charge for Growler Fills
We charge based on the volume filled.
1. Who will deliver the Growlers?
A staff of Pink Blossoms or a close friend of Pink Blossoms. This is a tough period for everyone in the industry. We are doing what we can to create value, keep overheads low and keep our operations running.
1. What if I do not own a growler?
  i) Check if you have an air tight stainless steel bottle or flask.
  
  ii) Consider ordering our Flagship Cans or Mini Crowlers
  
  iii) Shop around for a brand new growler. We heard from some customers that they managed to get growlers on Amazon US/ Amazon PrimeNow / Shoppee.
2. Can I drop off my growler at the Brewery?
Updated 2 June 20: Yes you may.

If you happen to be in the area and would like to drop off your growler(s) along the way, we really appreciate the gesture. Please reach out to us (FB messenger or Whatsapp) to arrange before heading down to the brewery.
Tasting Room Hours
1. Starting Phase 1, will the tasting room be open for takeaways?
Update 2 Jun 20: Yes, Fri to Sun from 12pm to 2pm. Outside these hours, The tasting room will not be manned during our regular tasting room hours. Please reach out to us to make an appointment before coming down. If we are not occupied with production or deliveries, we will be happy to help you with your takeaway order.
Delivery

1. I texted/ emailed Pink Blossoms. Why am I not getting a reply (yet)?

We run a very lean team. It is even leaner now with the recent measures put in place. We will get back to you as soon as we practically could.

If we are not preoccupied with boiling wort, keeping our colossal tanks sanitary, ensuring your orders are packaged properly, driving (within speed limits) to your homes, or any activities which may put our lives at risk if we lose focus, we will definitely respond to your message, as soon as we could. Thank you for being patient with us.
